DELIVERY
The prices we show to our US customers include shipping and any applicable import duty. Import duty is now only payable on any orders exceeding $800. Our delivery company will deliver your product direct to your stated delivery address. They will require a signature, so please let us know if you have an alternative delivery option (e.g. a neighbour) if you are not able to sign for the delivery. You do not need to arrange for collection from US Customs, or payment of import duty if payable. If your bag is an In Stock item, we aim to despatch it within 2 business days of receiving your order. If your bag is a Made to Order item, this means we make the bag specially for you on receiving your order. Depending on the style and available capacity, this can take between 5-20 business days, although we always try to despatch as quickly as possible, and before Christmas we reserve production capacity to speed up Made to Order items. Please tell us if you want a Made to Order item by a particular date. Delivery times to the US can vary between 2 and 5 working days from the day we consign your order to our delivery company. We offer complementary dust bags with all bags valued at $400 or more (excluding shipping costs) and on most full leather bags, and as an option on other bags. If you buy a bag with a complementary dust bag included, you will see it shown at $0.00 value during your checkout process.

RETURNS
If for any reason the product you have ordered does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, please enter your Order ID into the Returns Box above and click Submit. This will generate a confirmatory email both to you and to us about your intention to return the product. Please send the product back to us, in the same condition in which we supplied it to you, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt by you and we will arrange for it to be refunded or exchanged at your option. This does not affect your statutory rights. You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do this. Please note that your right to return a product applies only to standard products offered for sale on our website. Bespoke commissions of non standard products made specially for you are not returnable although our normal product guarantee applies. Similarly it is not normally possible to cancel a bespoke commission once ordered and paid for if work has commenced on the commission. Please also note that, while we will refund the original shipping charge related to the product (in the case of a multi-product order, proportionate to the product in question), we do not refund the return shipping charge, or any import duty if applicable.
